the location was special, it was right in front of the castello sforzesco. the room was clean, i noticed that immediately. the staff contacted me before i arrived and sent a video to show how to access the place.
the system to get in and out was a little inconvenient. i had to call someone to be let in each time. one evening, no one answered when i called, i called four times. luckily, someone else opened the door for us.

The location was amazing. I visited the Sforzesco Castle with great ease. The staff, especially Debora, were helpful with directions. My room was ready, and they allowed me to check in early. I had a complimentary espresso. The staff offered helpful suggestions for local dining.
The soundproofing between rooms could be slightly improved.

The building has a beautiful elevator, a very unique feature that I used . The hotel is located inside an elegant building. The proximity to the metro station made it easy to get around.

A small Italian breakfast was in the room. I refilled this in the hallway when needed. Several restaurants and cafes are nearby. I had no trouble finding places to eat. There are also shops close to the hotel. I liked this very much.

Finding the entrance was difficult. Signage is inadequate. Hot water was unavailable one evening. The staff offered late checkout as compensation, but this did not fully address the initial problem.

The location is amazing. It is right in front of a beautiful park with a fountain and some monuments. it was also easy to get food delivery here with glovo. the room was clean. It was a very well prepared room.
The system for getting in and out of the building is inconvenient. I needed to call someone to let me in.
